What your day will look like Ensure clients arrive at their appointments on time Support clients with activities of daily living, including personal care Deliver high-quality care in a home-based setting Implement interventions in line with individual care plans Accurately document client interactions using cloud-based software Assist with medication management Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring all dietary needs are met Provide domestic assistance to maintain a clean and safe environment All offers of employment are subject to the successful completion of required pre-employment checks and clearances.
